Warranty Coverage

Blue Pulse warrants your portable EV charger to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the original purchase date. If a defect arises, we will repair or replace the charger at no cost to you.

Claiming Warranty Service

If you suspect a defect, contact our customer support team by phone or email. We will assist you in troubleshooting and, if needed, arrange for a replacement.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Modifications or alterations to the product.
2. Damage due to misuse, accidents, vandalism, unauthorized repairs, or environmental factors (extreme temperatures, chemicals, power surges).
3. Normal wear and tear.
4. Commercial or rental use.
5. Failure to provide reasonable maintenance.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of new, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. A full refund will be issued, minus return shipping costs. Used or opened items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team for instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is adequately packaged. We recommend insuring the shipment and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

Damaged Returns

Shipments arriving damaged will be refused or held until the customer covers return shipping or files an insurance claim. The customer is responsible for any associated costs. We strongly recommend ensuring your shipment.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within few number of days.
